Our wines

From our vineyards Montepulciano Piandimare four wines are born:

Piandimare Montepulciano D'Abruzzo Blue Label: Blue like the sea that helps us in summer and winter with its climate mitigation action. Grapes Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Piandimare. Long fermentations on the skins. Racking and aging for at least nine months in steel and 6 months in the bottle. A straightforward wine that does not compromise by proposing the quality and care placed in the vineyard. The varietal aromas of Montepulciano are all there, long and complex. A daily pleasure.


Piandimare Villamagna Doc.

Piandimare Montepulciano D'Abruzzo Monolith: Grapes Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Piandimare. Long fermentations on the skins with temperatures that can reach up to 30°C. Racking and maturation of 18 months in steel, 6 in barrels and 6 in bottles. Intense color with vibrant ruby variations. Acidity that pushes the juicy fruit on the palate, dragging sweet aromas of vanilla, tobacco and licorice into the finish. Statuesque certainty.

Piandimare Maja: Grapes Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Piandimare from slightly overripe grapes harvested at the beginning of October. Long fermentations at controlled temperature with malolactic fermentation. The tribute to our land and to the Majella could only be our spearhead. A very long and multifaceted wine, where the acidity obtained from the microclimate elegantly supports and accompanies the maturity and complexity of the fruit matured in small French wooden barrels.
