Vinified at low temperature, maximizing the extraction of aromas and colour, while minimizing the presence of tannins.
Refined after vinification for 6 months in steel to enhance its fragrance.


Due to its pleasantness it is perfect as an aperitif. Ductile in combinations, it marries pleasantly with classic cured meats and soft cheeses up to more structured dishes.
Deep ruby red color with violet reflections, on the nose marked hints of red fruit including cherry, blackberry, blueberry and strawberry.
On the palate we find the hints of red fruit, with pleasant freshness and marked ease of drinking.
